Ziggy Stardust Gin Cocktail

INTRODUCTION
Named after Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust album (which is often playing in Karl’s office), this cocktail was designed to be the perfect balance between spice and citrus. Designed by our highly charismatic London brand ambassador, Ziggy Stardust combines light spice with the deliciously dry and refreshing notes of our award-winning Tea Edition gin.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Masons Tea Edition Gin
- 25ml Monin Ginger Syrup
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- Egg White / Foamer

SERVE
- Fill a coupe glass with ice and leave to chill for 2 minutes
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice until mixed -
- Throw away the ice from the glass and fine strain your mixture into the glass
- Dust with ginger powder - for extra flair use a cutout in the shape of a lightning bolt
