Ingredients
50ml Masons Tea Edition gin
25ml Monin gingerbread syrup
20ml lemon juice
Egg white
Garnish: ginger powder
Serve
- Add all ingredients and some ice to a shaker and shake until chilled and mixed
- Fine strain into your glass
- Serve with a dusting of ginger powder
