Summer Citrus Spritz Gin Cocktail

INTRODUCTION
With this cocktail, the name really gives the game away. Designed with refreshment in mind, this cocktail simply begs to be poured over plenty of ice and pushed to its limits with wedges of citrus.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Masons Orange & Lime Leaf Gin
- 10ml Rosemary & Basil Syrup
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 30ml Soda

SERVE
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and leave to chill for 2 minutes
- Add the gin, syrup and juice to a shaker and shake with ice until mixed
- Fine strain the mixture into your glass
- Top with soda and garnish with wedges of pink grapefruit
