Passionfruit Martini Vodka Cocktail

INTRODUCTION
Renowned bartender Douglas Ankrah created this contemporary classic in 2002 and it gained global popularity from its alternate name. The prosecco on the side cleanses the palate following the intense citrus and tropical flavours.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Citrus Vodka
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 10ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Half pipette of Foamer
- Pulp of Passionfruit
- 25ml Prosecco

SERVE
- Scrape the inside of the Passionfruit into a shaker
- Add all ingredients (except Prosecco), shake vigorously with ice and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with half of a passionfruit and a shot of prosecco on the side
