My Sparkling Valentine

Ingredients

40ml Masons Raspberry Gin

10ml cucumber syrup

75ml sparkling wine

Garnish: 2 fresh raspberries

Serve

Add the gin, cucumber syrup and ice to a shaker and shake until mixed Fine strain into the flute
Top with sparkling wine
Skewer 2 raspberries onto a cocktail stick and balance on top of the flute

Soft juniper, raspberries and punchy citrus combine to create a gin with a vibrant aroma, fruity flavour and a long, balanced finish.
