ISLANDS IN THE STREAM
A simple, refreshing summer drink that’s perfect for a gathering of friends. Designed with sunny weather in mind, this recipe uses Masons Special Edition Pink Grapefruit & Cucumber as a base for a bright, fresh and perfectly moreish summer drink.
- 40ml Masons Pink Grapefruit & Cucumber gin
- 10ml Triple Sec
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 2ml bitters
- 5ml absinthe
- Fill a Nick & Nora glass with ice and add 5ml absinthe to rinse.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing jug with plenty of ice and stir. - Discard the ice and absinthe rinse from the glass and strain the mixture in.
- Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit zest.
