INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Citrus Vodka
- 20ml Lychee Liqueur
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Monin Ginger Syrup
- 2 slices fresh Ginger
SERVE
- Muddle the fresh ginger with the syrup
- Add all other ingredients into shaker and shake with ice and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with flamed lemon peel or red chilli
