To celebrate Yorkshire Day I treated myself to ordering 2 bottles of Masons Original Gin. Having already enjoyed a bottle previously, I knew I would not be disappointed. It's very refreshing mixed with ice, Indian Tonic water and mixed frozen berries. I am sure that I will be a regular customer!

Ordered 2 bottles of our favourite gin ‘masons original’ when it was on offer. It was a good saving and excellent delivery and customer service. We often struggle to purchase it locally and have to travel in order to treat ourselves so well pleased 😌

Unfortunately one of the items ordered was missing from the package when it was delivered - mistakes do occasionally happen as far as I am concerned.
I called your customer service people, who answered immediately, listened attentively to me and said they'd check it out and get back to me. They called back within 15 minutes, accepted their responsibility and told me that the missing item would be dispatched immediately. It arrived the next day. I am very impressed with your customer service and am looking forward to placing further orders.
