Masons came good in the end!!

Having ordered a retirement gift rom Masons for next day delivery I realised 4 days later that it had not been delivered - Oh dear!! Why is it that delivery people send you a message when all is going well but when it goes wrong you are expected to chase it up on their site?? Anyway as soon as I realised there was a problem Masons ensured that the gift was resent and did indeed arrive the next day. It's a shame that couriers let down businesses that are so proactive. Special thanks to Anna from Masons who sorted the problem out.

This is my second purchase of a personalised gin. I brought the presentation box with this too. It looks amazing! I'm sure my friend will be pleased with her birthday present!
